Our services

• Network promotions. Your chosen post is shared as a post and a 24-hour story on every page in the network you choose. “Combined followers” means the total followers of those pages. It is not a promise of a number of views, followers or sales. Before your promotion starts, we show you the stats of every page it will run on.
• Page management. Content, captions and posting for your account, as agreed in your plan.
• Account recovery. We help you get access back to a disabled, restricted or hacked account.
• Monthly Protection. A monthly subscription: we keep watch over your account and handle unbans and recovery while you are subscribed.
• Pages on request. We tell you which pages are available in a niche and size. Any purchase is agreed separately.

We do not use bots or fake followers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Instagram or Meta, and their rules and decisions are outside our control.

Ordering and payment

You send a request, we confirm the plan and price in writing (for example on WhatsApp), and the work starts once payment is received. Payment is by crypto or bank transfer, as agreed. Prices are in euros and no VAT is added.

Monthly Protection pricing

The regular price is €1,750 per month. If you add it within the offer window shown on the site, you pay €1,225 per month (30% off), and that price stays for as long as your subscription continues without a break. Each month is paid in advance and can’t be stopped once it has started: if you cancel, your protection runs to the end of the paid month and then doesn’t renew. The only exception is a month you have paid for that didn’t start on the agreed start date. You can cancel that month and get a full refund.

Refunds

Recovery. You decide how long we keep working on your case, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Once we have been working on a recovery for 24 hours, the fee is not refundable.

Promotions. Promotions that ran as agreed are not refundable, because results depend on the audience. If one of the pages doesn’t post your promotion, you get a partial refund for that page, unless it is posted later.

If you are a consumer in the EU

You may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of agreeing it. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you pay for the part already done, and once the service is fully delivered at your express request, the right to withdraw ends. Consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Your account

You keep full ownership of your account and remain responsible for it. We only use the access you choose to give us, only for the agreed service, and only from a clean, secure device.

Liability and law

We are not liable for decisions made by Instagram or Meta, or for indirect losses, to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by Slovak law.
