Who we are
This website is run by Adam Jasečko (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described here.
Contact: WhatsApp +421 940 812 981, Instagram @__jasecko__.
What we collect and why
- Requests you send us. When you use the contact form, choose a pack or ask for a page, we receive what you enter: your Instagram username, the services you are interested in, the pack or page size you chose and, if you give it, your email or phone number.
- How requests reach us. The site prepares your message and opens WhatsApp. Nothing you type is stored on our website’s server. When you press send in WhatsApp, the message and your WhatsApp number reach us through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.
- Working together. If you become a client, we also keep what we need to deliver the service and to invoice it.
We use this data to answer your request, prepare an offer and deliver the services you order (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b): steps before a contract and performing a contract), and to keep the accounting records the law requires (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Stored on your device
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across sites. Fonts, photos and everything else on the site are served from our own site, not from outside services. The site saves one item in your browser’s local storage: the time you first saw the Monthly Protection offer, so its 3-hour discount window is the same for everyone and does not restart when you reload. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Who else processes data
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run the site securely.
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Instagram (Meta), when you message us there.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order: up to 12 months. Client data: for as long as we work together, and invoices and accounting records for as long as Slovak law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to us using the contacts above. You can also complain to the Slovak data protection authority, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
